• Provide accurate and complete information when placing your order

Our products are dental appliances intended for adult use. We do not recommend night guards for children or teenagers without prior consultation with a dental professional.

3 Products and Medical Disclaimer

DentalNightGuard.com provides custom dental night guards as preventative dental appliances for protecting teeth from the effects of bruxism (teeth grinding and clenching). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Night guards are not a substitute for professional dental care. We recommend consulting a licensed dentist or dental professional before ordering if you:

• Have active dental pain, infection, or loose teeth

4 Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. When you place an order:

• You authorize us to charge the full order amount to your chosen payment method
• An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards where eligible.

5 Custom Product Process

Our night guards are custom-fabricated from dental impressions you take at home using our impression kit. By placing an order, you understand and agree to the following:

• Your impression kit will ship within 24 hours of your order being placed
• You are responsible for following the impression instructions carefully
• If your impressions do not meet our laboratory quality standards, we will send a free replacement kit
• Your custom guard will be fabricated and shipped within 5-7 business days of our lab receiving acceptable impressions
• Because each guard is custom-made to your dental impressions, we cannot accept physical returns

6 Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Free shipping is included on all orders, both for the impression kit and the finished guard. Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering.

7 Refunds and Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. Our full refund and return policy is available at dentalnightguard.com/policies/refund-policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our refund policy as part of these Terms of Service.
