We stand behind every guard we make. If something is not right, we will make it right.

The short version: If you are not satisfied with your custom night guard within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will resolve it — full stop. We also provide free replacement impression kits if your impressions are not accepted by our lab.

1 Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

DentalNightGuard.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all custom night guard orders. If you receive your guard and are not completely satisfied with the fit, comfort, or quality, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Resolution options include:

  • A free adjustment to your existing guard
  • A free replacement guard made from new impressions
  • A full refund to your original payment method

We will determine the appropriate resolution based on the issue reported. Our goal is for every customer to be completely happy with their guard.

2 Free Impression Kit Replacement

If your dental impressions do not meet our laboratory quality standards upon arrival, we will contact you immediately and ship a free replacement impression kit at no charge. This applies in any of the following situations:

  • Impressions did not fully capture your teeth
  • The putty set before a complete impression was taken
  • Impressions were damaged in transit
  • Lab quality control rejects the impressions for any reason

There is no limit on the number of replacement kits we will send. We will not fabricate a guard from impressions that would produce a poor fit.

3 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund, replacement, or adjustment, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your guard:

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 4 business hours during business days and will confirm your resolution within 1 business day.

4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times:

  • Credit and debit cards: 3-7 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • HSA / FSA cards: 3-7 business days

We will confirm by email when the refund has been issued. If you do not see it after 10 business days, contact your bank or card issuer before reaching out to us, as processing times vary by financial institution.

5 Items Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover the following situations:

  • Requests made after 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • Normal wear and tear over time — night guards are consumable dental appliances
  • Damage caused by improper care (heat, cleaning with abrasive materials, boiling)
  • Loss or theft of the guard after delivery
  • Change of mind after the guard has been fabricated and shipped

Custom dental night guards are made specifically to your dental impressions. Because each guard is custom-fabricated for an individual, we are unable to accept physical returns. Our guarantee is resolved through replacement or refund rather than return of the item.

6 HSA and FSA Orders

DentalNightGuard.com products are eligible for payment with HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. Refunds on HSA/FSA purchases are returned to the original HSA/FSA card. We recommend keeping your order confirmation for your records as documentation for your account administrator.
